Arrive 15 minutes before class to find a spot and get settled and ready for your practice.

The practice room should be kept quiet and peaceful. 

Remove your shoes before entering the practice room. 

 Turn off or silence your phone and keep it out of the practice area. 

Avoid wearing strong perfumes or lotions. 

If you need to leave early, let the instructor know before class begins and leave quietly before savasana (final relaxation). 

Put props away neatly at the end of class. 

Make space for other students and be mindful of your neighbors.
